It was for this reason, that ADC KRONE was the first company to introduce a data throughput warranty for structured cabling systems and is also the only manufacturer to have third party certification that all our products conform to the standards at a component level.

Not only does our TrueNet® System Warranty deliver an assurance that applications specified in the cabling standards will run on a TrueNet® system, but that the potential bit errors resulting from the structured cabling system will effectively be zero. When you specify a TrueNet® system, you do so in the confidence that the applications will work to their maximum efficiency.

Comprehensive set of warranties to cover all elements of the physical data path
The TrueNet® system warranty covers all of the relevant performance levels from Category 5e to Category 6A, shielded and unshielded solutions are included, as are the fibre optic elements of a network.

ADC KRONE believes that it’s critical that all aspects of the system from the communications room to the desk and across campus are covered. With the TrueNet® system warranty there will be no element of the physical data path that comes without a warranted performance.

No added cost – simple to obtain
There is very little time involved and no extra cost to obtain the TrueNet® System Warranty. Specifying a TrueNet® Solution and TrueNet® Integrators during the tender process is key. The TrueNet® Integrator will do the majority of the work completing the simple Warranty Registration Form and forwarding to ADC KRONE for processing. Following a thorough review of the test data and the application form, part of the quality assurance process, a certificate will be issued confirming that the installation is now covered by a TrueNet® System Warranty.
